I had a much better day today, although it wasn't going to take much to make today better than yesterday. I woke up feeling a little better, and had okay classes today. My cover was for Science and Geography at Wheatley Park School (where I spent my first day ever of supply work). Its a good school, with good behaviour systems in place, as well as GREAT supply teacher support and information in place. A few teachers remembered me from the previous week (mostly the P.E staff), so I was greeted with some warm welcomes, which is always nice.
I am booked in for Wheatley Park again tomorrow, so early to bed and early to rise for this girl.
Check out the picture below. This is on my way to the "Old House" (caution - DO NOT call it the Old Building - they don't fancy that!) This is where I taught my last class of the day today. Its about a 5 minute walk from the main school building. A gorgeous walk indeed, along a beautiful moat and leading to a castle like structure that is called the Old House.
