I spent an incredible week on a beautiful island in the Philippines. I recommend that everyone visits this place if the money and the time present themselves. Return flights from Shanghai, private transfer to/from airport to hotel, hotel/guesthouse room steps from the beach, breakfast, lunch and all morning/early afternoon drinks cost me under $1200. Money well spent. The people were incredibly friendly, helpful and welcoming.
Meaghan, her parents Jenny and Scott, Bridget, Sarah and her dad Dan all travelled from Shanghai to Boracay together and had a really fun time. We enjoyed 6 stunning sunsets, 2 seen from private boat rides, and many dinners on the beach, in the sand.
