Wimbledon - My New HOME!!

How exciting? I get to call Wimbledon home. For how long? I have no idea, but I am excited and anxious to start a new adventure in my life. I finally sorted out accommodation last night, which is nice to check that off the list. I will be living in a 3 bedroom flat with 2 other 20-something girls (an Aussie and an Irish girl) - a nice, foreign mix! The flat is in a lovely area, steps from the tube and steps from Wimbledon Park! SO exciting to be that close to the tennis capital of the WORLD.

I am finishing up this week at St Greg's. It is very bitter-sweet. I don't want to leave, by any means. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time, my experiences and the people I have met. The staff have all been amazing, and the students both challenging and enlightening. A few blokes have organized a "surprise" for me after work on Friday - going go-karting with a group of teachers! Looking forward to it.

I finally (and very quickly) got to check out Big Ben and Westminster Abbey on Sunday in London. Here are a few pictures!

I will be moving on the 16th - so looking forward to spending my last full weekend in Oxford this weekend - then off to Budapest for a week, and back in time to move!
